All you need to do is tell me something about yourself:

How do you prefer to be contacted?
I will contact you as soon as I can - which often will be today (including weekends!). If I'm busy or out of town, it might be tomorrow.
We will set up details for your photoshoot together, including a date and time, along with a deposit of only 10%. 
Then we will shoot your photos! I'll take them home, polish them up, and deliver them!

Hi! I'm Keith! I've been photographing models in St. Louis for 15 years - since before I even became a professional photographer.

I've found that the trick to getting amazing photos is making sure that you feel safe and comfortable. Because if you don't feel that, it will show photos. It's that simple.
